Weekend in Blue Ridge

Last weekend we went to Blue Ridge to see my Papaw and my Grammy. We got up there pretty late (thank goodness for the dvd player in the car!) and went right to sleep. The next day we played over at my Mamaw's and also got to see Aunt Clarcie. Uncle Kyle and his friends Diana and Matt also came up to visit. Then we went to the Deer Lodge in Hiawassee for dinner. It was a great time. On Sunday, while Daddy and Papaw had "boy time", Mama, Grammy and I went to Mercier's Orchards and then to the playground. We also visited my Granny-Granny. Too bad it was such a short trip!

Easter in St. George

It wasn't my first trip to the beach, but it was my first time hunting Easter eggs! We spent Easter at the beach in St. George Island with Mama Nina, Aunt Markette and Uncle Baker, and cousins Jack and Nina Frances. It was a short weekend, but so much fun! I didn't care too much for the big water...whenever the waves would come in I would run to the water and wave and yell "bye-bye"! We hunted eggs on the beach and even had Mama Nina's yummy lamb cake! It was a really fun trip.
